These pets have been in the care of the Richmond SPCA for more than 60 days and have their adoption fees reduced by 50 percent. If you’re interested in learning more about pets eligible for this promotion, please fill out an adoption survey on our website and then call 804-521-1307 and leave a voicemail with your contact information. Our adoption counselors know these pets’ precious quirks and will share all we know to help you decide on the perfect match.
